Hosting a Private Party
Trying to find a place to host your birthday party?? Or are you looking at having a staff holiday party and just aren’t sure where to host it?? Look no further than just down the street. Double Door has been offering the option to rent out the venue for private parties and events. It doesn’t matter the size of the party or what you’re looking at doing, the Double Door has options for everyone.

Private Party Options:

Main Bar (76-300 capacity)
- Sunday thru Thursday nights the main bar rental fee is $1500.
**This does not include drink packages.
-Friday and Saturday nights the main bar rental fee is $3000.
**This does not include drink packages.
***Saturday nights we are open until 3am.
(Security, bar staff, production staff, main stage, sound and lights are all included when renting out the main bar.)

Downstairs Bar (30-75 capacity)
- Sunday thru Thursday nights the downstairs bar rental fee is $500.
**This does not include drink packages.
-Friday and Saturday nights the downstairs bar rental fee is $750.
**This does not include drink packages.
***Saturday nights we are open until 3am.
(Security, bar staff, and sound are included in the rental fee.)

Balcony Bar (15-25 capacity)
(The balcony bar can only be rented out for a private party on nights that Double Door is putting on a concert. Sold out shows are not included.)
-Balcony bar rental fee is $300 for the night, plus the admission fee for the show.
**This does not include drink packages.
(Security and bartender are included in the rental fee.)

Full Bar (301-550 capacity)
(Main bar, basement bar, and the balcony bar)
- Sunday thru Thursday nights the full bar rental fee is $3000.
**This does not include drink packages.
- Friday and Saturday nights the full bar rental fee is $5000.
**This does not include drink packages.
***Saturday nights we are open until 3am.
(Security, bar staff, waitress, production staff, main stage, sound, lights, and free coat check are all included in the full bar rental fee.)

Double Door requires a 50% non-refundable deposit on all room rentals to confirm the date.

Drink Packages:
1. We will always allow open bar when backed up with a credit card. In the case of a prospective large tab, i.e. over $1,000.00, we need to run an authorization to make sure the card is valid for said amount.
2. We will also pre-sell drink chips. Drink chips can be purchased for $5.00 and are good for domestic draught beer, well drinks, wine, and soda. With this option you are getting a discount on the well drinks and wine.
3. Open bar packages break down as follows. All packages are based on a per-head per-hour cost. They do not include gratuity.
A) Domestic Draught Package
- Domestic draught beer, soda, and water
B) Premium Draught Package
- Domestic and premium draught beer, soda and water
C) Well Drink Package
- Well drinks, domestic draught beer, wine, soda, and water
D) Bottled Beer Package
- Domestic draught beer, domestic and micro-brew bottled beer, well drinks, wine, soda, and water.
E) Call Drink Package
- Call and well drinks, all draught and bottled beer, wine, soda, and water.
F) Premium Drink Package
- Premium, well and call drinks, all draught and bottled beer, wine, soda, and water.
*Domestic beer includes Budweiser, Bud Light, and “The Beer of the Month”.

* A 15% gratuity will be added to all drink packages.
